Transparent glass thermal insulation coating, glass thermal insulation, glass sun protection, glass house cooling.
Features of the coating:
-
Thermal insulation:Effectively blocks infrared radiation and shields against UV rays, creating a temperature difference of over 20 degrees before and after application.
-
Transparency:Allows about 80% of visible light to pass through, maintaining transparency without hindering the view.
-
Eco - friendliness:It's a water - based product, eco - friendly, odourless and harmless.
-
Durability:The coating forms a uniform and intact film with strong adhesion, high hardness and excellent durability.
Construction Precautions-
Before outdoor construction, ensure no rain within the next 48 hours. It is advisable to work during the early morning or late evening.
-
Avoid construction in hot weather to prevent the coating from curing too quickly. If the glass temperature exceeds 30°C, construction should be suspended.
-
When a thinner is required in special circumstances, the added amount must not exceed 20%.
Construction Steps
-
According to the planned usage for the day, use a spare empty bottle to mix the B component with the A component at a ratio of 1:1 (T96 does not require mixing). Shake the mixture for 1-2 minutes until fully combined. A thinner can be added as needed, up to 20% of the mixture.
-
Use a scraper to remove any adherents from the glass surface, and protect the window frames with masking tape.
-
Clean the glass surface with 2000-grit sandpaper in conjunction with glass cleaning emulsion. This step is essential for removing oil and grime from the glass surface. Otherwise, coatings may cause a "bloom" phenomenon, failing to adhere to the glass.
-
Finally, clean the glass with a small amount of alcohol, wipe it clean, and let it air-dry.
-
Apply the heat - insulating coating at a rate of 20 - 25 grams per square meter. Place the mixed coating in the trough, and use a sponge brush to evenly apply it to the glass surface. Work from top to bottom, ensuring the entire process is completed within three minutes. If any slight brush marks appear, avoid over - brushing. The coating will automatically self - level as it dries.
Do not touch the coated surface after construction. Avoid cleaning for 7 days to allow for stable curing. For subsequent daily maintenance and cleaning, avoid using steel wool or steel brushes. A soft cleaning cloth is recommended.

Before use, indoor heat was hard to bear; after use, comfort was instant. Energy consumption dropped by 20%, showing great energy - saving effects. -
